EMDR Therapy, Counselling and Coaching
Fees for all services quoted are for 50 minute sessions and charged pro-rata for initial consultations and longer sessions. All fees are payable in advance and subject to one week's notice to cancel. Credit & Debit card payments or bank transfers accepted. You may be entitled to government funding for ADHD coaching - contact me to find out more.
Online Sessions
Meet me online for sessions from the comfort and convenience of your own home for EMDR therapy, counselling or coaching.
For this option, you need to have a device for video calls, reliable WiFi and a private, confidential space.
For EMDR therapy I will guide you in self-tapping to support bilateral stimulation of left and right brain hemispheres.
I have been providing online counselling and EMDR therapy since 2020 with a strong track record of successful client outcomes.
In-person Sessions
In-person sessions in my calming, private therapy space. Availability is more limited for in-person appointments and there may longer waiting times.
For EMDR therapy I provide EMDR Kit wireless pulsators (tappers) offering both tactile and visual stimuli to support bilateral stimulation of left and right brain hemispheres during EMDR therapy.
I have been providing in-person therapy since 2013 and I am dual accredited as a Counsellor and EMDR Practitioner. I am also a qualified ADHD Coach.
